Privacy Statement
The sources of personal information that is collected by 1 Security Solutions Applied LLC (1SSA) comes from web server logs, snail mail, on-line registrations, and email we receive. The web logs collect user specific data like IP, domain, referrer, and other information.
This policy might change periodically to reflect new services we offer or changes in the law.
What we do: Store the log files electronically until we delete them to make room on the server. Analyze the logs with web tools looking at usage patterns and trends to better the site layout. Store the email we receive and delete the unnecessary ones. Store snail mail for a few months, then shred or destroy it when no longer necessary for accounting purposes. We may use the information to solicit our customers regarding new products or services offered by us.
What we do not do: Sell the web log files or e-mail addresses to third parties except that we may sell the web log files, e-mail addresses and other customer information in connection with any actual sale, merger, transfer or exchange of our business. Turn over web logs, content of e-mail, or other correspondence to anyone other than as required by law or order of the courts. If you would like to be removed from our database, please send a note to the attention of our webmaster with your name and the line: REMOVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
1. Cancelation: If you need to cancel 30+ business days before the event a 25% (of full course fee) cancelation fee is applied. If you need to cancel 6 - 29 business days before the event a 50% (of full course fee) cancelation fee is applied. 5 or less business days before event a 100% cancelation fee applies - No refund is given.

2. Rescheduling: The class might be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen events. If the class has not reached the minimum number of participants 15 business days before scheduled start than it is rescheduled.
3. Liability: The facility provider provides liability coverage. 1SSA is not responsible for any claims.
4. Payment: Only Credit card payments are accepted for the full amount. No partial payments or request for holding a slot are accepted.Sorry, no checks are accepted.
5. Non-attendance: Trainees that do not attend a class are not entitled to a refund or credit.
6. Refund: No refunds are given after first day of training. If you are not satisfied after your first day we refund you the amount you paid for the class minus a service fee of 20%
7. Discount(s): Only one discount can be applied at a time (i.e. if you are a government employee and an ISSA member you can only apply one of the discounts, not both). Please call for group discounts for 3+ individuals.
8. Changes to registration: 30+ business days before the event start no ($0) change fee applies, to change a participant. 6 - 29 business days before event start a $50 change fee applies, to change the participant. 5 or less business days before event start a $100 change fee applies, to change the participant. Management might decide to waive the fee on a case by case basis.
9. Price of a class: This can change without any announcement or changes made to this website.
10. Parking/Lodging/Other expenses: Training does not include any additional expenses occurred besides the course fee (paid online). Some parking is available for free at the training facility. The free slots might fill up. There is no gurantee that free parking is available.
11. Trainee obligation: Please plan to arrive on time so the class is not disrupted.
12. Maximum number of participants: The maximum number of participants is 24. If the class is full you can be waitlisted but there is no gurantee that a slot becomes available.
